At BazarHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Intimate or hygiene products (once opened)
- Custom or personalised orders
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our contact page within the return window. Include your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
